Flat Roofing
Modified bitumen is our go-to for residential flat roofs in Goodman. Two-ply torch-applied system with a granulated cap sheet. It handles foot traffic, thermal cycling, and Mississippi UV better than single-ply at the residential scale.
Commercial Roofing
TPO is our most-requested commercial membrane in Mississippi. Reflective, energy-efficient, and it welds together at the seams for a watertight bond. We install 60-mil and 80-mil systems with 15-20 year manufacturer warranties.
Gutter Installation
We install 5" and 6" seamless aluminum gutters in Goodman. Standard homes get 5", high-volume areas and steeper pitches get 6". Downspouts every 30-40 ft of gutter run with splash blocks or underground drains.
Roof Inspection
Our Goodman roof inspections cover shingles, flashing, pipe boots, ridge vent, soffit, gutters, and decking condition. You get a written report with photos. If nothing's wrong, we tell you that.

Skylight Installation
A skylight installed wrong will leak. The flashing has to integrate with the shingle courses. Step flashing on the sides, headwall flashing on top, and a sill pan underneath. We use manufacturer flashing kits because they're engineered to work with the skylight frame.
